Types of Data Deletion
Account Deletion
Delete your user account and associated profile information while preserving business records for legal compliance.

Step-by-Step Deletion Process
Download Your Data (Optional)
Before deletion, you may want to download a copy of your data for your records.
If you have an active account: Log in and go to Settings → Privacy → Download My Data
If you can't access your account: Contact us at info@d3agent.com
Choose Your Deletion Method
Select the method that works best for your situation:
Method 1: Self-Service Deletion
If you have access to your account, you can delete it directly from your settings.
- Log in to your D3 Agent account
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Choose your deletion type (Account Only or Complete Deletion)
- Confirm your identity by entering your password
- Review what will be deleted and click "Delete Account"
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, send us an email.
